“Unknown AMRAP”

"Overload ladies getting stoned"

Complete as many reps as possible in an unknown time.
2 Muscle-ups
20 Double-Unders
20 Medicine Ball Cleans

Homework for all box clients for this week: Go to this really cool website www.crossfit.com and navigate your way March 19, 2012, and READ the article from the NY Times and a response to the article.  Don’t know if you have time to do so? It has to do with your meat consumption and an early death.  Then read the article at http://garytaubes.com/2012/03/science-pseudoscience-nutritional-epidemiology-and-meat/

DO THIS SOMETIME THIS WEEK, its as important to you as the workouts you do every day.

Great job to everyone today! You are all adapting fairly well to this truly unknown timeframe.
I did well, doing all the med ball cleans unbroken except during my mental meltdown in round 2 where I did 10-10. Got my muscle-up (which isn’t a gimme) and double-unders felt great.
Keep up the good work. Is anyone reading?

I liked the not knowing the AMRAP time, I actually sat in the front room were i couldn’t see the clock, Felt really worn out thou after, was out of the box all last week, so maybe i have some catching up to do ;) Best part of the morning was listening to Carol’s YEAHHH! As she busted out those DU’s !

    8 rnds + 3 DU’s

Trying to stay with Jordan the whole time. It felt like I was doing med ball cleans the whole time.

Great job 9:30, and awesome job to Carol and Melissa for conquering the DU’s.

Very much enjoying the way things are being shaken and stirred. Unknown and unknowable!
