Tried to induce labor, had some contractions last night but still no baby ): lol.
Rowed, did ring rows, used blue band for dips, and PVC pipe for c&j but it was still a really good work out and I was excited to finish at 26:22 (I think) because rowing those two 800m at beginning and end were really hard !

I felt great today, wished I would of rx’d the Squat clean jerks.. Got scared and decided to do 75. Happy to be off the band for dips ..
