        thanks. haha :) Bummed I haven’t been in! I’m going crazy looking at all the wods this week and not being able to do them- (got really sick earlier in the week and still not feelin’ 100%) miss everybody.

    Toughest part of this workout by far is the C&J’s, been a while since doing split jerks, mostly push pressed them. Good workout.

    Rx’d my dips!! Woohoo!

    I felt great today, wished I would of rx’d the Squat clean jerks.. Got scared and decided to do 75. Happy to be off the band for dips ..

    Tried to induce labor, had some contractions last night but still no baby ): lol.

    Rowed, did ring rows, used blue band for dips, and PVC pipe for c&j but it was still a really good work out and I was excited to finish at 26:22 (I think) because rowing those two 800m at beginning and end were really hard !

    P.s. thanks for the guys who cheered on Matt at the end last night … We rly need to figure out what to do with him !!
