Buy-in: Back Squat 7,5,3,1

Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

Have someone take a picture of you box jumping onto something, anywhere, wearing whatever attire you happen to be in, and submit the photos to jordan@crossfit.com

    It was good to work the back squat, I haven’t lifted in FOREVER! 165# max, Wendy made it look too easy!

    Back Squats w/my buddy Angela. It has been a while 7-135#, 5-140#, 3-150#, 1-165# and it felt good.

    This was a main site wod a few days back, and I thought it was brilliant! Don’t plan on a rest day quite yet, tomorrow may be too fun to pass on!

    Did anyone get any pictures to Jordan yet? I’m expecting some cool ones from our Firemen, and from our Mom’s picking up kiddos from school and stuff
