that is an amazing shirt! hahaha
CrossFit must be hitting mainstream. I live at the end of a cul de sac, and when I opened my garage door yesterday morning to come to CFO I heard strange nosies outside. Upon further investigation I saw 4 women doing sets of burpees, then running around in circles on the cul de sac. Then each grabbed a stroller and jogged away. Wow!
Double under warmup with Jake: 111 (stopped, didn’t miss)+ 10 pr. Thought it was pretty good til Leanne busted out 115!
Deadlift: 330# pr +5
Stuck around for OLY with Tweety for some Snatch work
Thanks Tony! YOU did awesome!
Ended my deadlifts at 205 but did not get to the sets of 1′s which is fine because my PR is 230 and did not want to overdo it.
Did the OLY class and loved the break down of how we worked on the snatch. Such good instruction and really liked the flow! Thanks so much Steve.
115 double unders (beat previous 112) stoked..really didn’t think I had the gas to do that today!
DL- 175(3),190(3),200(3), I think..think it was the next set of 200 that I didn’t pick up..got all mental..so stripped the weight and got a few lighter lifts 165,175,185 something like that …then went and did max pull-ups. Frustrated a bit cause my previous 3 rep was at 205 and that felt solid..today not so much! haha.
Nice job Sam on your DL’s! looked amazing @ 210# !
23 max pull-ups (previous 22)
Those darn double-unders! I can do 1,2,3 DU, 1,2 DU but still can’t get very many in a row. Dead-lift was interesting as I haven’t done max lift, just mostly technique. Got 340#’s for one rep max, felt pretty good.
Thanks Leanne!! It felt good to PR today after not doing a dead lift in well over a month!! Everyone did awesome today. Thanks Jake and Tweety for being so awesome. I am so happy to be home with all this good stuff going on around me!!
125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 200
matched PR but felt much more confident in the movement
Deadlift 3r (85), 3r (105), 3r (125), 2r (130), 2r (135), 2r (140), 1r (145), 1r (150 1/2), 1r (55 1/2) PR
Started at 365-385-395-405-410(1)-395(2)-405(1)-410(1)
that was heavy, I may have started a bit aggressive
Whoa! It looks like I’m now posting as crossfitbyoverload, which is me Jake :-0
