    Did a team warm up with the punching bags. A lot of fun!

    Good warm up, rope climbs were fun. It was cool in the gym. Good morning. Dustin, as coaches go you are Da’Bomb.

    Got my first rope climb!
    6 rounds + farmer carry
    could have gone a bit heavier on farmer carry.
    Did elbows to knees. Love the tire flip!!

    Great job 9:30 class. Congrats to Scott for getting his first rope climb. It’s all about locking those feet on the rope. It was nice meeting Blake and Ryan, you guys killed it. The ladies rocked it too.

    8 rounds with 55lb. kettlebells
    only josh and i at 5pm so did the 6 so did the rope climbs by ourselves

    Great day.. won the relay race with my team.
    Like to win :) Did a new movement with the barbell farmer walks. Really difficult.
    Got 7 Rounds and 10 T2b. Did the 95lb barbells most of the time.
