    7:00 Coach Jake had me scale down to 125# and go hard for the wod.
    Saturday Endurance will be at CFO 3X1mile repeats at 7:30am. I know its not as fun as Summerhill and Trail running, but sometimes you have to do the dirty work so the the fun stuff is even more enjoyable.

    First day back, I was missing 6am!!
    8:25rx feeling like I was moving through butter today however,working out next to Joe, Pete, LeAnne, and the rest of the 6am crew really helped. Oh nice to see Steve leading 6am class this morning.

    Jake had me do #135 and told me to go unbroken for all the dead lifts. I was able to get them all unbroken :)
    Left like Fran, I got the Fran cough. Lol super fun wod! I really enjoyed this one

    Did my weighted strict pull up@ 32.5

    I know I’m getting stronger, then I do a workout like today and think…wtf?
    115# was doable but at that weight I should have done the dl’s unbroken.
    11:35 horrible time but I liked this workout.

    skill work…handstands, first hs push up w/ab mat and more walking on hands.

    Oly class: I almost don’t want to say this but I will…. THIS CLASS ROCKS!!! I know it’s tough for you daytime workers to get to, so I’m not talking to you but anybody else that is free Tues/Thurs at 10:30 – you need to get your butt in there. Tweety is AMAZING!!!

    Hey ya’ll!! What’s happening? Hey, you all have got to check out Crescent City CrossFit…they are about 6 miles away from us here in New Orleans. They posted the Parallette Shoot-Through video from the Gymnastics cert at the old CFO box! Awesome! I have been training in my garage gym and at work with a military non-profit affiliate called Red Diamond CrossFit. I don;t follow their programming but do WOD with a few of their peeps. Damn, I hope everyone is doing well. It is kind of hard not to do well when training at CFO huh!! Take care everyone!

    Well almost didn’t go into the noon class today and so glad I did, it was fun working out with the guys…..Gary, Wayne and Drek!
    7:43….I think, I have to admit that since I have to MOD every WOD I pay as much attention to my times:(
    DL 105#
    step ups on 20″ box with weight vest and 35# sand bag for first round then dropped the bag for the last two rounds to save my back.
    DL could have gone heavier, my bad!

    Thanks for every MOD you have ever given me Jake and for all the future MODs you will be giving me:)

    Love the picture. Deadlifts felt good at 135#, but my burpee box jumps were really slow. Need to pump up the intesity on those.
