“Something’s going bad”

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.  You will perform 3 rounds. The stations are:

1.  Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
2.  Sit-ups
3.  KB Swing (1.5/1)
4.  HSPU
5.  Double-Unders
Rest

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.

    This WOD was great! Loved moving from one station to another, the minute rest after the rounds was just perfect. Was a drippy sweaty mess after..love it! Great 9:30 as always, was so nice meeting and working out with Michelle :) Thank you, Jake!

    Did this one at work. OMG it was a killer. Stumbled on the DUs, overall it was GOOD. Miss my CFO.

    Warm-up: 5 rounds of 10 push-ups, shuttle run 50 feet, 10 V-ups.

    Only had 1 HSPU that counted in the last round — multiple attempts, but only one that counted.

    Good to wod with the 5pm class. (Well, I sort of worked out with them, I had to leave early, so I had to do the first 2 rounds by myself and only got to do the last round with the group.) Dustin also turned up the music when the rest of the group started, so I couldn’t hear myself gasping for air, which was nice.

    That was a good one!
    Great job everybody, I saw some people getting DUs, and others getting HSPU, and tons of awesomeness :-)
    The best was watching everyone push equally as hard as the person next to them. Great day CFO
