10 – HSPU
20 – Pull-ups
30 – Box Jumps
40 – Toe 2 Bar
50 – KB Swings
60 – Walking Lunges
70 – Push ups
80 – Sit ups
90 – Air Squats
100 – Double-Unders
Then do it backwards.

This wod is performed in teams of two with only one working at a time.
