Any limitations we have are self imposed limitations. Most of our self imposed limitations are mental. They are a product of years of us allowing ourselves to view specific things as certainties. What we don’t realize (myself included) is that making allowances becomes broad general and inclusive. We either allow ourselves to be limited, or we don’t allow ourselves to make excuses.
Our coaches are here to help you achieve your goals. We want you to live a long healthy life where you will be mobile as long as possible so you can experience as much life as possible. We care more about you picking up your grandchildren than you getting a PR. So if you get dinged up, hey it happens. If you tweak your shoulder, pinch a nerve, pull a muscle, break a bone, snap a tendon, if you are screwed shut, if you (______fill in the blank_______) then:
1-Take a second.
2- Stop feeling sorry for yourself.
3-Remember that you wouldn’t let your best friend tell you that you can’t do something.
