This WOD taught me an important lesson today at 6 am; I need to get back to basics. I should be next to Wayne working on butterfly pull-ups instead of watching him. Great little morning crew today; I am glad I’m not the only one sore from Monday’s push-ups. Oh, I was watching Wayne in a manly way!!!!! I included the definition to “manly” just in case.

Holy moses, Holbrook hurt! I regret not going the extra 5 lbs and rx’ing it , However #75 kicked my ass..

I was going to say I like Holbrook, but I didn’t actually do it. Subbed 95# front squats for the thrusters and ring rows with my feet on the 12″ box(only 5 instead of 10) for pull ups. I did Rx the sprints. Total time was 15:02 I think. I liked my shoulder-friendly version. Thanks for modifying for me Jake even though I think you’re mean for making me put my feet up.
Fun workout, the minute rest kept getting shorter and shorter. Weird morning for me, nailed my hand on the box doing box jumps (Idiot!!!! who does that?) my little finger is all swollen. Then I may have done 11 rounds, and I was writing them down (I never said I was smart).

thrusters unbroken – pull-ups first 10 in a row, then 5 and 5, then 5 and broke up remaining 5. pull-up form felt great. Thank you Jake really fun noon class..everybody pushed it. (cutting back on my coffee intake, staying hydrated feeling much better.)
This type of WOD suits me cause of the rest! The extra work on thrusters for the past 3 weeks paid off today. Went ubroken on everything. Now on to butterfly pull ups.
Nice to have team Marshman in the house today!

Wow, after round 5 I couldn’t string all 10 pullups together anymore. I gotta work on that upper body strength. All the thrusters were unbroken and felt solid
