OZ I am in total AGREEMENT w/you! This one sucks. I’m spent thanks to Tweety and his wonderful warmups (I was tired after the warmup). Luv you Tweety. This workout took over 15 min for me and my back is tight now and we pay for this treatment hahahha To think I talked JC into doing this (it’s a love/hate thing and she’s on the hate side today)

I was not feeling it today. I was feeling sick before the WOD. After the first set of 5 thrusters, I was ready to meet Pukie. I had to pace myself and struggled to keep my cookies in.
