Sweet pic! Went in at 4:30 for kids class and to do some endurance. Debbie was kind enough to join me… we did 4x5min runs at 80-85% with 3 minute rests in between. It was fun! Then caught the end of open gym for the wod. It kicked my butt!!! Did the high pulls @ 70# and rx dips (difficult!) but felt great. Attempted some DL’s but I think I was too pooped. lol Thanks, Jake!!
