U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Bradley R. Smith, 24, of Troy, Illinois, assigned to the 10th Air Support Operations Squadron, based in Fort Riley, Kansas, was killed on January 3, 2010, by an improvised explosive device in Zhari district, Kandahar Province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife Tiffany, daughter Chloe, parents Gary and Paula, and brother Ryan.

    Absolutely loved this wod! My kinda of movements :) lol
    Started cramping on my 8th round so I had to slow down :( . Oz was lighting fast. I was chasing him the whole time! Everyone did awesome at 600am !

    Awesome morning at CFO, big 9:30 group, had to dodge people a few times going out on the run and I’m pretty sure I did some of my burpees in somebody else’s sweat..lol..but, I love it, haven’t done a Hero WOD in awhile, you always push a bit harder knowing you’re honoring someone..

    wow..that was a good one. sprints were more like walks with slight bounce involved haha! plan was to go intense on my pull-ups and burpees and keep a good pace on the runs. (runs didn’t do so well!haha) My pull-ups are better..I wanna say I did all 10 in a row up until the halfway point. great pull-up day..didn’t rip at all! and I agree with Nicole great to do the hero wods! ..and see P,B,& J in the gym. ;) heehe. miss you guys.
    Everyone pushed it and did an amazing job!!

    25:10 RX, I was slooowwww today, mostly on the pull-ups I pushed through the burpees and the runs got slower at the rounds got later. Banged my elbow on a rack pretty good, thanks for the bandaids Jake. Seemed to be a lot of blood on areas of my body other than my elbow, not sure how that happened. HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEANNE!!! xo

    Used green band for pull-ups. Making progress with the kip. Burpees were the killer!

    Finished around 28 min….so I guess 24 min after the breaks. This one was gnarly…..

    Great workout! Everyone did awesome, it was especially motivating having D-wreck join me half way through (and then crush my time by almost 4 minutes)
