    I posted but it didn’t take. So here I go again. Did DL with the lovely Cynthia 165# X10 on last effort. Dustin gave us a “nice” warm up with the heavy bag…go team Smurfs!

    Great job 9:30 am er’s. Especially Court who worked out at 8:30 then with us at 9:30..

    So….I’m sorry if I scared anyone with my asthma attack. Couple of things (in case there are others with the same issue)…inhaler was pretty much empty which I didn’t realize till I used it (not good). Second – if you have asthma – you need to be gluten free!! I was gf for 26+ days and noticed a HUGE difference. I allowed a little gluten (very little) in my diet in the last two weeks and I’m back to where I was before. So as of Monday of this week,I’ve removed it for good.

    13 somethingish rx… for the wod
    felt a lil sluggish jumping today almost ate it at the beginning of wod!
    focused a lot on my push-ups..keeping stiff as a board..so I could feel it in my legs..and wow…quads a burnin. great times. Fun noon

    I did 25# KB DLs… 5-5-5-10 lol

    Then I did some modified ring push ups and step ups… 11:55 … Those step ups seem to help get baby out, had contractions for 4 hours last night (:
    Everyone really pushed and finished fast, I was like holy crap!! Love all you guys, can’t wait for you to meet Jo (:
