Did all the wallballs and push-ups unbroken. The tuck jumps were broken in 4n3 for the fist half of rounds then I started to string them together towards the end. Great work Tony, Neal, Matt, Leanne ,Court, Nicole and the rest of the 930 crew…it is always fun working out with you guys. GREAT job Debbie on the atlas stones.

Did strength work at 830 open gym time. Did my shoulder press strength work…5@135#, 3@150#, and 2@170#. My goal is to shoulder press 200# and lift that 265#atlas stone.
