Hey all. You will be able to to the Open WOD either at our box during the week, or at a participating hosting box on the weekend. CFO will be hosting a few of the weekends. On the weekends we don’t host, you have a choice; do the WOD during the week at our box; do the WOD at CFTS; do the WOD at another hosting box in SoCal. All important info will be posted here and in the box. This will be very fun, stress free and low key. If you want to hit your open WOD in the comfort of your own box…COOL! If you want more of a competition element…that’s COOL too. Make sense to everyone?

    21,18,15,12,9

    back extentions
    pull-ups
    ab mat sit-ups
    dips (red band, thin blue band)

    back extentions on GHD for the 21,12,and 9
    for rounds 18 and 15 I doubled up on supermans (so did 36 for 18, and 30 for 15)
    pull-ups really tried focusing on using my back
    dips on red band for most rounds..when I didn’t do the red I used the thin blue band..(the thin blue band has to be equivalent to the tiny black band cause man that was hard!!) fun times :)
    ..then did a mile run with weighted vest halfway..thanks beth for taking over the rest of the way! fun running with you girls.

    Lifting a couple stones after the wod with my girls KGB, nicole , Lauren.. Oh great job to OZ for lifting the big daddy stone!! Lol
