We offer a 8000 sq.ft. facility with an array of diverse equipment/toys to train with. We have over 12 certified trainers with various levels and certifications specializing them in all of the CrossFit modalities. Their primary focus is to keep you moving safely, efficiently and injury free; all while delivering top notch training and work out programming designed to maximize results. Each of our trainers are well respected within their areas of expertise and training. While many of the other CrossFit gyms charge extra for additional specialty courses, CFOM makes this part of your unlimited membership. As a member you will enjoy unlimited regular CrossFit classes, CrossFit Agility/Gymnastics, CrossFit Endurance, Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Mobility, Rowing, Yoga and Nutritional Guidance. Additionally, CFOM NEVER charges extra for Jump Start/Fundamental classes that are designed to help the new CrossFitter get up to speed on the CrossFit movements.
