- Posting daily journal of intake on the Overload Nutrition Group Facebook Page. 1 post per day. (5 points)
- 100% Paleo for the day (3 points)
- Daily intake of Fish Oil (2 point)
* Bonus Points: Posting a Paleo Recipe each Wednesday (2 points)
DAILY JOURNAL EXAMPLE:
Day 1 (required)
Meal 1- Three whole eggs. Zucchini in olive oil. Almonds.
Meal 2- turkey meat. Apple. Macadamia nuts
Meal 3- beef stew. (biscuit w/ butter)
Meal 4- frozen berries. Coconut milk. Slivered almonds
1 Tblsp fish oil
not 100% paleo because of biscuit.
