BattleFit West Event (battlefitwest.com) – Guys and gals. We really have to do this as a box. You all have done the qualifying WOD’s over the past 3 weeks. It is going to be an awesome event. It is in a HUGE indoor arena in Ontario. We have only a handful of people doing it so far. Let’s get more. You know we are going to do it up right; EZ up’s, food, drinks, full force…like a swarm of ninja’s. Even if we get cut, let’s post our scores and see where we fall. It’s $5 to post scores. If you are new to CF, then go into the Novice division. We are going to go to the event anyway to cheer everyone on, right? And of course we want to see Joe on the jumbotron at his first event. So let’s do this! I wasn’t pushing it at first, but it sure looks like a fun event and venue. Lastly, where are my Master Women that basically crush every tournament in SoCal? After seeing the qualifying wod’s, I believe the event wod’s will be short, fast and furious, all easily within our wheelhouses. We are CrossFit By Overload!
