Getting Started
Your introduction to CrossFit by Overload depends on your current fitness capacity, goals and preferences. We offer One-on-One & Small-Group Fundamentals and Group Classes 6a-7p. Our most successful clients have utilized a combination of individualized, group, and specialized coaching to fine tune their mechanics, address specific deficiencies, or attain unique performance goals with the spirit, community and camaraderie that naturally develops in our Group Classes. Our pricing and programs ensure that you will see improvement in your life inside and outside the doors of CrossFit by Overload. We do not suggest 2 classes or fewer per week, therefore we do not offer it as a package. At 2 classes or fewer you will always be extremely sore, because your body will not adapt to the new stimulus and prepare for the strain that you will experience in even beginner classes of CrossFit. However, even the most unconditioned individual’s body can do 3 classes per week and start on the path toward a healthy lifestyle and increased strength and fitness.
Unlimited Group Classes $199/mo. or $2000/yr.
If you have drawn a line in the sand, and are determined to significantly change your body, performance, and life forever, sign up now for Unlimited Group Classes. Unlimited means unlimited. With an Unlimited Membership you gain access to our Group, Olympic Lifting, Endurance, Gymnastics, Open Gym, and Fundamentals classes. The CrossFit method suggests a schedule of 3 days on-1 day off, however conditioned elite members workout in a Group Class, stay during Open Gym to work on a specific goal, and a few times a week add in specialty classes.
*Please note: There is a fine line between progressing properly and over-training and it is different for each member. If you do multiple workouts in a day you should refuel and rest at least 3 hours in between.
5 Classes Per Week $149/mo., 3 Classes per week $99/mo.
New members can start here, but need to be signed off by the coaches before moving to Group Classes. 3 days per week is appropriate for people new to CrossFit regardless of your current fitness level. This membership option is also ideal for a member who’s schedule does not allow them to come to the gym all the time, but still want to achieve their goals. Attending 3 classes per week will result in positive changes in your performance and body… provided you make significant nutritional changes as well. You will see a dramatic difference increasing your attendance to 5 classes per week. With this package you can mix and match classes until your limit has been reached.
One-on-One Fundamentals $199/5 sessions (bring a friend and save)
If life prevents you from attending our regularly scheduled fundamentals classes, you may wish to take advantage of this program. One-on-One Coaching is the most effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your functional movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. One-on-one coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
