Well that was fun, nice big group and the work out was tough enough to alleviate my guilt about cutting my run short this morning.

Me and my buddy, Navy Chief Petty Officer Nardulli...aka...gnarly-dulli, did this one @ lunchtime. I focused on full ROM for every rep, every exercise! For our 50m sprint, we hauled ass out of our little room of pain down the hall, into and around the basketball court, back down the hall and back into our room of pain. That run lasted exactly a minute each time.

Great WOD! Whatever, that sucked! Dude, by the time I got to the push-ups in the 1st round, sweat was streaming off the end of nose and my ball was a slippery, sweaty mess. Sorry I missed it at the box. A few other CFers in our little room though. Pretty cool.
I was also lucky enough to get both the H1N1 shot, the flu mist and the Hep B shot right before the wod. Awwwesome! I think I left it all on the med ball. Yikes.
Alright, Done talkin about it!
Have a great weekend. Have fun tomorrow everyone!
