4 hand stand push-ups (w/ band assist!)
8 kb swings (35#)
total rounds: 14 rounds + 2 muscle up progressions.
whoo hoo!..finally can do the band assist hs push-ups (green and blue band assist)! such an awesome feeling! Definietly need a ton of work on my muscle ups though!..not quite getting the form down. KB swings felt light..can go up in weight for next time. ;)
