My fight saturday night didn't go so well, I lost a split decision. I had an off night and fought terrible. Learned from it I won't make the same mistakes next time.
Thanks to everyone at CFO for your support.

Yeah..Casey, I'm sure it wasn't all that horrible..you made it to decision! We have our off days and with fighting ..I'm sure that would be tough. Awesome job for takin' on all these fights..seems like you've been fighting a lot lately. Wish Fernando and I could have made it. Sorry for the loss..but like you said it just prepares you for the next one- you learn from it. ;) see you in the gym.

75# bench press/ RX pullups yeah!!
11/4 8/4 10/5 9/4 7/4
that was 4 more bp than last time same weight. Way less pull-ups but no band this time.
My goal is to increase my bp weight, that or diet down to 75lbs hahaha...no really, it is my only hope to rx this one.

As much as I hate not doing the prescribed wod, I always know that Casey will give me something at least as hard. Today, I started with:
Max back squats (135#)
Max pullups
Then when shoulder started hurting, I went to:
Max front squats (135#)
situps
I tried to channel Courtney for my back squats and it totally worked!
33 BS/ 12 PU
18 BS/ 40 situps
2 FS/ 30 situps
3 FS/ 30 situps
3 FS/ 30 situps
Penny, congrats on all those Pullups without the band!

What the hell?! I guess my 5 1/2ers were scared of a little rain, flash flooding and gail force winds.... good job to the boys that showed up tonight, Mike H. tore it up bro, and Tom had his flux capacitor showing and I was worried that he was gearing up 1.21 jigawatts of power!

It was awesome to meet you Diane and don't worry that spaghetti feeling in your legs will only last a month =P
