Group will gather in some type of formation, circle, square etc, depending on how many show...
Everyone will begin doin squats and continue squatting throughout the wod. One person will start with a med ball of appropriate weight for the group. That person will be essentially front squatting w/ one said med ball. At their will and descretion, they will toss the medball to anyone in the group they please. That person will have to catch the medball into a clean as if catching a wallball rebound. That person will then toss the medball at will to whomever they choose. If and when the ball drops, the group will cease squats and run 1 lap around the building or 400m. Upon re-entering the box, everyone will do 5 push ups, 5 pull ups and 5 sit ups. No-wall Ball will last for 20 mins. Upon completion, each member will perform one round of tabata tire drag! Yeah baby!

Fun workout. It was nice to do a fun group workout. Half Tabata tire pull at the end was insane. Thanks Casey.

I had so much fun today, great group workout.
I think Erika had a great workout too.
Thank you Casey, your instruction is so helpful, your classes are always an excellent learning experience. Loved the tires too, but happy it was 1/2 tabata.

Great job today everyone! I am glad you all "enjoyed" it. I will continue to dig into the creativity section within my brain and introduce more group type WODs or WODs you would normally not come across during the week, as well as try to program to the best of my ability with the past week and what is to come in the next week.
So...awesome job!
Visitors...Erika, Brian, Shante and Keny...it was so great to have you join us today! We all hope to see you again!!
Shannon, great to have you visit with us today! Hope to see you back in there with some workout clothes on ready to learn about Crossfit the hard way! Great to talk to with you today!!
Nice job CFOers! See you all in a week!!
O.C.

Fun WOD! I don't know who had the "slipperier" hands Dan or me?? Sorry guys--but you were tired of squattin' right?? That's right!!
Great to see all of the people checkin' out the box!!
Barb & I did the tabata kettlebell warm-down?? instead of the tire pull tabata!
Thanks BW--O.C.--GOAT--Casey J.--always fun!! Have a great "love boat" cruise!! Do a hand-stand "bro" and take a picture with one of your 5 cameras you always bring to your CrossFit workouts!! LOL
