Casey and Maria, you guys look GREAT! I hope I look that good when I grow up.
Okay, now Casey P. We are all trying to figure out which one of us pissed you off. The WODs you are sending us are brutal. Yesterday, while our quads were still sore from the 150 thrusters, we did the following:
10 minute handstand hold (every time you came out of the handstand you had to do 5 situps), then
10 minutes in a wall sit at 90 degrees (every time you came out of your wall sit, you had to do 5 pushups) -- my legs were shaking like crazy.
This would be a fun one to do with the whole group at CFO -- misery loves company.
