Squats were cake, muscle up's are another story. I did progression from the floor.

Did my Fight Gone Bad on base today.
FGB rx: 313. Better than my last one.
Sucks not having anyone pushing you through the WOD!! In the box is the only way to go!! Must get in the box! Box = good!
Tomorrow will be a good time. Even if you don't feel like it, you should come out! Good stuff planned! I hope to tons of you tomorrow morning!

Jason rx'd: Couldn't stand watchin everyone workout...just had to get in there and get some!! I FEEL LIKE A MILLION BUCKS MAN!!!! That workout, for some reason, brought me back to life! I felt absolutely awesome and full of energy!! Great work by everyone in here tonight!! M/U progression looks great...Muscle ups are next!! Keep up the good work.

I wanted to extend a sincere thanks to my wife Maria, (great job this week baby, Kat, Barb, Daniel, Dustin, Tom and CP tonight for all of your encouragement! It helps so much! You never realize that til you are in a globo gym, alone, with relatively quiet and suttle music, trying to be as intense as you can without disturbing the peace!
Great job this week everyone! See some of you tomorrow.
I have yet gained another name...Puss N Boots. For those that were there, you know. Haha!
