I loved today! The Energy was amazing in there today!!CFO has a great family and I am so happy to be part of it!
As for my work out... I started out at 55# for deadlifts but because of my dang tailbone I had to lower it! Next time we do TGU's I am boosting to the 18# kb, and I think i need to attempt blue band pull ups. And for box jumps... i will be back to jumping... I am a little annoyed at how my booty still hurts so much! Heal booty heal!
Thanks again casey your energy is amazing and creates a great atmosphere!
