We are putting together an interest list for those that want to have a Thanksgiving Day wod and Friday, Saturday wod in the morning. We would be running a 9 a.m. class only on these 3 days. If this is something you're interested in post to comments.
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
Add your points and post them to comments.
Kyle Maynard, a true inspiration to us all.

Count me in on the thurs, fri, sat 9am WOD. ;) Need to be able to eat a ton of turkey on thanksgiving and not be wiped out on mon of the following week! ha..ha.

Hello All,
I wasn't able to do Fight gone bad so I did FRAN today:
22:11
55# thrusters
pull-ups rx :)
I know, I know 22 minutes. Well there were two pull-up bars for about five of using them so needless to say time was a wasting waiting for them to do their thing. Either way, I got the workout done and did all the pull-up's. I had no choice...we don't have any bands out here. So that's a good thing.
So even though the time was way slower than last I did 55#...probably could have done more, and last time I used the band so it's an improvement.
Take care and have a great day

Started out too fast on the first round and gassed out in rounds 2 and 3. Bummer.

Oops. I actually wasn't Rx on this one. I did the 16# wall ball first round and wasn't getting it high enough on the target, so went down to 10#. With my shoulder injury I hadn't done wall balls for the last few months and feel like I'm starting from scratch.
As for next week, I would definitely be up for wods on Thur., Fri., and Saturday. Can we do some fun TEAM wods?

Thanksgiving WOD Idea:
"Dustin's Big Ass Tire Bash"
2 Person Teams, 5 Rounds for time
400m run with tire
20 Team Tire Flips
20 Team Tire Clean-Jerks (Squat Cleans)
20 Incline Push-ups (Feet on Tire)
It could work... if we have even number of people, enough tires, people of equal height... not sure how to scale this one. In theory... it's awesome.
