Today begins our month of "No Clock". Any and all wod's will be done without the clock this month so that we can focus of range of motion and technique. Let's come out of this month with a better understanding of how to attack these wods.
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
Post to comments.
Mike and Liz representing well at CrossFit Tribe.

I like the idea of no clock. Takes out the "time Ho" factor! I'll be trying to get a workout in from home today...my baby (9yr old) is having 4 teeth pulled this am.

100 ring dips
100 pull ups chest to deck/ with band
100 sit ups
100 squats
So unfortunately, I had to take all of last week off. And I've been sooooo nervous about coming back, and after my workout today I was thinking, "Hell yea, you should be nervous!!! You just damn near killed yourself!!" hahaha I hate taking time off like that!! I feel like I'm starting all over again! Although it does feel good to be back! :) And thank goodness there was no clock!!!!!
Court, Wes, Minnie, and Steve have a GREAT trip in Hawaii!! Maybe you should try as many rounds of Mai Tai's as possible in 20 minutes for a wod!!!

100 pull-ups (blue band)
100 push-ups (blue and red band assist)
100 sit-ups
100 squats
Completed 10 rounds of 10 pull-ups and push-ups - working for range of motion. Push ups felt awesome..and full range chest to deck. Pull-ups need more work on kipping -getting the momentum to go straight into the next..getting it a little -definitely need more practice getting the motion down.
Remainder of the workout I did as prescribed 100 sit-ups in a row without stopping and then into 100 squats..want to practice against wall so I don't lean forward at all and so I use all hips in thrusting myself up..and need to remember to breathe properly- stopped a few times to catch my breath..annoying ..ha..but I'll get it.
I like that we're not being timed because I know I've been guilty of rushing through W.O.D.'s unintentionally sacrificing range of motion..and it feels so much better knowing my form and range of motion are being done correctly- plus this helps me to figure out proper breathing. ;) Thanks Casey!..nice job everyone. Awesome job Liz and Mike!

Great workout. Big difference when you are working on perfect form. Pull ups, push ups and sit ups were fine - had to make several corrections on my squats - looking forward, opening the knees, weight in the heels. Thanks for the reminding Casey.
Good to meet Betsy and Jen - you guys did great! Aaron - awesome job!! Wonky - you too!! See you tomorrow!!!

Did WOD with partner Mike! No clock working on form and technique! Did 48 Pull-ups without a band then finished up with red band. Push-ups in sets of 10 with 2 ab-mats. Sit-ups & squats in sets of 20. Sit-ups were not a problem but staying in my heels while squating is always a challenge! Thanks Case for the constant reminders on form etc.
Mike your pull-ups improved soooo much! Awesome work!
Huge class of 16 at 51/2! Great energy!! Thanks everybody for the push!!

100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
Big class tonight! Alternated pull-ups and push-ups with my partner, Lea. Then we both did sit-ups and squats all the way through. Great technique and ROM Lea...especially on your "weighted" pull-ups!
It was good to slow down a bit and focus on each rep. Grip is my limfac on the pull-ups, but I don't know if it's actually a weak grip or a poor kip that may be causing me to work harder to hang on to the bar. I suspect the kip. I need help on that!
Great work everybody and thanks Casey!
