Jordan told me I had to get under 1:30. It nearly killed me, but I did it.

What a day to pick to come back. 4 X 400m sprints. Eeeewww.
I, of course, rowed them.
1:50 1:46 1:44 1:41
Then Casey had us pick something to work on. Picked pull-ups. Started out with green band, since last time I did blue, I jacked myself up. Cranked out 10 like nothing, almost chest to bar. Went to blue. 8 easy. Casey says, "OK, now do the red one." Huh? OK. Red...3 chin over. He says, "stop! Do the black." Yah right. Black...chin barely to the bar X 3. Woo hoo! Thanks for the push Casey. I guess that's what they mean by taking some time off to recover.
Jordan, was good to see you in the gym this morning, and good to talk with you after class.

4 x 400m Sprints
1:20, 1:24: 1:27, 1:28
On average 11% faster than the last time. I worked on keeping my legs straight and opening my shoulders on my kipping pullups. Thanks for the help Casey and Jordan. See you all on Thursday.

Christian--there is a Zone binder with your name on it at the front of the gym. There is also a sheet in there about logging onto the Zone Labs website, setting up an account and calculating your % body fat, lean body mass and block requirements for fat, protein and carbs. E-mail us with any questions!

My slowest 400m tonight was the same as my fastest 400m last time we did this WOD on 8 September. Progress!! ...but running's still on my suck list!
Thanks for the squat clean work Jordan and Doc. I'll keep working on them.
Happy Birthday MRSA!!
