Next time will do 85# ..possibly even 90. Weight was light..technique and form felt good. A little frustrated with myself for not starting with 85# in the first place- but at least I know I can keep form at a heavier weight for next time. More practice needed with dips- wanna do without the use of band. ;) awesome job everyone! Minnie..you kicked butt!..95# and box jumps as your modification.. I'm thinking your mod.s have been harder than the actual W.O.D..! Fun class..thanx Casey! ;)

Leanne, thank you for saying that! I thought being injured meant I would get to do a few easy modified WODs, but Casey obviously doesn't see it that way!
Fun big class today, but I have to admit it was hard for me to hear everyone yelling "TIME" when I was barely starting my round of 15s. Yikes!

Went light weight, trying not to re-injure things right away. Was easy, but that's fine. Will go back to Rx weights when the time is right. Did some situps and stuff afterwards. Couple of pull ups to make sure it wasn't a fluke that I did the mini black band yesterday. :)
Minnie...you amaze! Way to go on the Rx weight!

Did 3 rounds of 21 for Casey. Used the kettlebell for my cleans. Bad elbow! Dips blue band. Nice meeting you Betsy. Welcome aboard. It sure felt good to be back after a wild week of selling real estate.
