First chance to post. I wanted to say thanks to everyone for the nice send off on Tuesday. You guys are the best and I am going to miss everyone like crazy. Kind of glad Paula and Jordan weren't there cuz I think I might have actually shed tears. Jordan, that post on Tuesday DID make me teary. Thanks for that. The journal you guys put together...I love it. LOVE the pictures, LOVE what you guys wrote, and especially LOVE the thought behind it. Thanks Michele. :) I made it to Maine and think I'm going to hit the Casco Bay affiliate for a 12:00 class. Yay!

Made it through all OH squats without dropping bar until I had 2 reps left in last round. Got onto my toes and lost it. Have nice bruise on my shin to remember the moment. Had absolutely no run today either!
