BABY EVA 23:46 Casey had me do Baby Eva. He didn't want to spend a whole day at the Gym. Day 2 back from a 3 week plus vacation and I'm still wiped out. Never again or I'll be crazy like Minnie and work out on vacation.

had to do baby eva today because of a ruptured ear drum..thanx for letting me do the workout jordan and casey! ;) It was fun. The amoxicillin (however you spell it) didn't help though...felt weak- so I guess it was a goood idea to do a baby workout today... cause that's exactly how I felt! ha! ;)

That’s the hardest workout yet. Round 3 was a defining round. You are so far out but have gone too far to give up. Pumped to have finished RX but I think I could push harder in the beginning. Need to figure out how to stop tearing my hands always at 110-120 pull up’s I rip.
