Girls have soccer camp all week, starts at 9am, so I'm going to have to figure out something at home...plus doing laps during socce practice as well. Going to he lake next week. I am already dreading the pain of coming back after it all!!! Have a great week everybody!

Never have done this one before. I wish I would have chalked up or just sucked it up with my grip and tried more. I know I can do more so next time it's on- it'll be interesting to see. Definitely need to work on my kip..I keep working up to the pull-up each time instead of just going straight into it- gotta find that rythm then I'll get more total pull-ups and I need to get off that band -but 1st thing is first. Great job everyone!!!
Soooo happy to be back! missed tues,fri. of last week 'cause of shoulder pain but I believe it was much needed.
