		<description>Fun morning, George and I started doing our cardio before the start of the 6 am class and that worked out well. Finally did the rope climb without leaving my DNA on the rope, I think that’s PR in away. Not enough ropes to keep time so I went heavy on the Kettlebell swings, oh and Cynthia you went up and down the rope so fast I did not know I was sharing.</description>

3 rounds of:
15 pullups
15 knees to elbows
25 kettle bells (35#)

Definitely a grip burner, but it was much more appealing to be a foot off the ground instead of 10 feet off the ground when the grip started to fail.  The warmup and wod were both fun and I really needed the work on K2Es.  Thanks Steve.</description>

		<description>During the open Friday endurance classes will focus on technique only, minimal running so you can conserve your energy for the WODS. This is a good opportunity to improve your running skill. Tuesday evening classes will be short-sprint efforts with more focus on appropriate pacing I will help you figure out what you should be running each distance at based on previous PR&#039;s (I will post these wods ahead of time). This is a more measured approach and will be individually focused. This Saturday at 7:30 we will meet at Summerhill only if you are NOT doing the open WOD that day.</description>

Previous 1 rep max was 75# so I&#039;ll take that. Stopped short to bask in the PR and get ready for oly. Which was fabulous as always. I&#039;m learning soooo much from Tweety. I highly recommend getting to his class as often as possible.

What is with the picture? Court and Minnie look like they&#039;re watching they&#039;re grandmother get torn apart by wolves and I just look pissed. :) I&#039;m loving these WODPIX pictures, Matt!</description>
